Im a very stressed person, i used to take alot of medication for depression and anxiety and i honestly found that they made things worse. I dont have anymore depression or whatever but i still get mad easily nd tress out over stupid stuff sometimes, so im looking for the most effecient OTC medication or supplement that can reduce my stress even just a little.
