I'm trying to open up to new life style changes and was curious if other people try mindfulness and if you do how do you practice it and did you find that method helpful??

Sit on your toilet seat. While taking a dump try to be mindful of the entire process, the path taken by your poo, from the intestines to the anus. That will raise your anal awareness, avoiding future butthurt.
