Can I use Suave Skin Therapy Natural Oatmeal on my 3 Day Old Tattoo?

I got my tattoo on Wednesday. I was told to use A&D for 3 days then switch over to a lotion, the lotion I have is non-fragrance and I was wondering if I could use it and if not what could I use? Or could I use nothing at all?

I used lubriderm on some of mine and I also used eucerin on some. Lubriderm stings something awful though. Got great results with both. Make sure it is fragrance free preferable for sensitive skin.
