Holistic reversal of aging and fine lines around the eyes?

I am a 30 year old woman and am begining to show some signs of aging around my eyes mostly. Do you believe that a holistic approch including: better skincare, diet, exercise, supplements and lifestyle would be enough to reverse these early signs of aging? And if so do you have any tips?

The skin under the eye is thinner than the rest. Hence blood passing through veins under it gives it a blue tinge which appears as dark under eye circles. Also the skin under the eye is more vulnerable to sun tanning than the rest of the skin on the body elsewhere. Rubbing or scratching the eye too tends to darken the skin under it. Medication causing the blood vessels to dilate allow increased blood flow through the veins which shows under the eyes the most, in the form of dark under eye circles. Lack of nutrition causes discoloration of the area under the eyes. Lack of sleep or excessive fatigue causes skin to turn pale and as it does so, the blood under the skin below eyes shows more as a dark patch than anywhere else on the body. The same do the pregnancy and menstruation to show the dark under eye circles more pronounced than anywhere else on he body. Age seems to sag the skin, drooping the eyelids - both upper and lower; and generating bags over there, making dark under eye circles even more pronounced. But there is a way that not only lifts-up the drooping eyelids, removes the excess eyelid skin along with the excess fat-tissue, removes dark under eye circles, and turns back the eyelids that have gone turned-in or turned-out; but also gets a total face-lift for you without going for an anti aging eye cream or an anti wrinkle eye cream, or any surgical procedure. It was created out of necessity and desperation. My husband had to have open heart surgery when he turned 42. He also had four subsequent stent placements. After the last one he decided that he wanted to change his life to become healthier. So, the two of us went on a quest to find some magic plan to become healthier that we could actually live with. He did not want to eat tofu, nuts and twigs and I did not want to have to be a gym rat.

We searched for a plan that would fit our lifestyle. But, nothing really seemed right for us or gave enough instructions to cover everything. What to do? Being a nurse, massage therapist, Reiki Master and Clinical Aroma Therapist I knew about many different modalities that influence our health. But, nothing seemed to pull it all together in one nice and easy to follow format. That was the beginning of this journey.

I wanted a resource book that looked at everything, diet, exercise, stress management/reduction, how to cook, what to cook, what to wear, what to clean my house and body with, in a word one manual that encompassed all aspects of life to obtain mental, physical and spiritual health.

This is a little bit about everything. I do not claim to be an expert on life or how to live it. What I have done is compiled all the things that have helped me in the past and that continue to help me to improve myself and my health. My goal was to have a resource guide that contained everything that I would need in order to obtain optimal health.
