In what ways do you practice Mindfulness?

Question by Sara on "Mindfulness":

In Buddhism, mindfulness is practiced in walking, eating, breathing, and so on. In your own life, in what ways do you try to practice this?

Best Answer:

Answer by Pat, or that Jesus guy
By thinking with your mind. No way is someone mindful with the body in walking nor eating. Your mind is not your legs nor your stomach. It is not your lungs either. Some people are mindful like this: But He turned and said to Peter, "Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men."- Matthew 16:23. Or they can have a mind like this: Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be - Romans 8:7. But we should have a mind like this: And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God - Romans 12:2.
