People are always worrying about where they are going or doing next or what they have done in the past. Mindfulness returns us to the hear and now, away from those distracting concerns. Our minds are filled with incessant chatter about the past or future of what we could do or should do or shouldn't do. Mindfulness helps us stop the chatter and relax our minds in the present moment.
