Best Answer: Answer by m_if_you_please Firs of all. I don't think anybody want to die, just to make the human race stronger. Second. Our intelligence are caused by natural selection. To not use our intelligence to cure disease would be unnatural. There have been attempts to make the human race better by selection. Need Help With Stress Reduction?

by familymwr Question by Toronto Guy on " Stress Reduction ": 49 year old man here - newbie (for the most part) to relaxation techniques. I am currently undergoing significant stresses in my life and it will be getting worse over the next week. I'm prone to anxiety and I can feel it eating me up inside. With everything I do, I feel like I'm on 'fire', on red alert. I just did a half hour of controlled breathing - slowly - through my diaphram and it's not feeling any better. My chest still feel tight, numbness in my left arm, just feel like I can't catch my breath. Is it un-reasonable to expect that it would have helped even a BIT? I know it was for my first time trying, but I hoped that I'd get a little relief. I guess I feel very slightly better, but I need something else. Any other good tips for relaxing/stress relief?
