How Do I get rid of this annoying infection using a holistic approach?

I have an infection in my back, yes unsual. Ive been to the doctor, and it flared up 2 times. Both times they gave me Keflex. I think it might flare up again but im not sure, I dont want to go to the doctor again because they always want to tell me BAD, HORRIBLE possibilites i know are not true. How can i get rid of this infection in my back with a holistic approach? The infection seems to be above my kindneys. I get good exercise, and drink plenty of water, and healthy food. I also stay away from excess sugar and carbs.

Yeah, what do they know? They're only doctors. They can keep their precious science to themselves. I recommend purging the toxins from your body by eating Chili Cheese Burritos from Taco Bell. Those things always seem to have a thorough emptying effect on my system.
