What happen if you watch porn or masturbate when your a Buddhist?

I know it sounds silly but I'm a 17 years old male and I've been having these urges. I think Buddhist believes in karma and I do too. So I don't know if doing both of the following a bad thing. I also heard that masturbation is healthy for male because it keeps a fresh new sperms or something... But still would karma strike me if I watch porn or masturbate?
