Have you tried "HeartMath" biofeedback, stress reduction tools?

Question by dogheartc on "Stress Reduction":

If yes, how has it worked for you? (It's software with a portable optional gizmo that I've tried and am considering buying; ya can't tell without a regular trial how it's likely to effect you, hence the question, please).

I wouldn't trust anything like that anything that is a do it yourself is a scam. There is an excellent short term therapy for anxiety and stress called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety. With this therapy you learn to recognize the thoughts that lead up to your anxiety and you learn to change them to positive thoughts<
