meditation for stress reduction?

I used to meditate and I want to start getting serious about it again. I have some meditations that I have used in the past, but I am interested to hear from others who meditate for stress reduction. Do you have a specific meditation that you use? What do you think about when you meditate? Would you be willing to describe it here in this forum? Thanks!
