I am very interested in counseling "mindfulness" to others- what branch of psychology should I pursue?
Question by Hana on "Mindfulness": I am very interested in the concept of mindfulness and therapy that teaches present-centered thinking, meditation, positive thinking, etc...I would like to be a counselor and am planning on getting my masters soon. Hello, try to find more about person centered psychotherapy( Carl Rogers) - is a non directive method, based very much on "here" and"now"...I think is very close to what you are looking for. I am now in a 4 years postgraduate training and I am very enthusiastic about it. monica
