What food or natural therapy can I do for my anxiety/insomia?
Question by Vena Cava on "Natural Therapy": Im pretty normal but when I go back to school, Im a shaky person. I was going to take kava kava and then read about it and decided it had bad side effects. What can I eat or do?? I heard sniffing onions oout of a jar is good for that? Best Answer:

melatonin is great to relax and for insomnia but it makes you sleepy
