Question on Mindfulness ?

I consider myself a naturally mindful person...and lately i ran across this book ..which talks about yoga-meditation-relaxation ... one of the chapters theme is mindfulness .. it offers all sorts of meditations improving your mindfulness ... and i am kinda in a dilemma whether to try them or not ... i mean i feel like trying them may somehow corrupt my mindfulness ... i am afraid it will ruin my natural mindfulness .. What should i do?????????

If you are not convinced don't try it. If you don't believe in yoga don't corrupt your mind with its ethics because if you try one and do not try others you will remain unfulfilled and that will be worst than corrupting your innocent mind. You may wish to find other form of relaxation that will constructively engage your mind.
