It's not the things she did that are causing the nausea, it's the traumatic things that it brought up. Everyone has different physical responses to things that are very traumatic, even just very upsetting. But one of the most common is an upset to your stomach/nausea. You can help with the nausea - If you pinch deep into the web of skin between your thumb and first finger, hard until it hurts, you will get some relief. And a few herbal teas may help - cammomile or ginger tea. Sometimes the physical reason for the nausea is your stomach producing more hydrochloric acid. So you could also try a glass of room temperature water with a dash of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Sip this slowly.
