How to become a Buddhist monk in Tibet?

I am from Philippines and i was baptized as Roman Catholic. For many years seeking of enlightenment, it comes to my mind to enter the realm of Buddhism and become a monk in Tibet. But i dont have any idea how to become one... Am i allowed to become a Buddhist monk? I need serious answers.

go research some monasteries in tibet and get into contact with them...or you can just go down there, and see if any of those places will accept you
