Is This Not Big Enough of a Loss To Pursue?

Question by on "Feng Shui":

I am trying to sell my condominium. As you may know, the housing market is down, and I have been attempting for about 3 years to sell my house (not continuously, but I have tried several times). I have had two agents, the first didn't do a good job, and the second is hyped up on some "feng shui" crap. lol, anyway both told me that if I would ever have hopes in selling my condo right now, I would have to lower the price by $ 15,000 less than what I bought it for. I have had it for 6 years, and I need to relocate for personal reasons. Anybody think it is worth it? I want to move out ASAP, but would this be worthy of a good enough loss to take?

Bottom line sounds like it's just not worth what you want for it. You have no choice but to take a loss.
