Job stress and weight - lost my job due to reduction and reduced my weight. Am I normal?

Question by aminwiththeoutcrowd on "Stress Reduction":

I lost my job over 2 years ago due to a reduction in staff. I have since gained employment and love what I do, just not the travel it involves. Anyway, I lost almost fourty pounds while unemployed and I am guessing it was the stress. I weigh 110 pounds now and am about 5ft 5in and small boned. I have maintained this sense without effort at all. I just eat less than I did before and have not gained. My question is why have I not gained it back and why do you think I lost it in the first place? Should I be worried for my health's sake? I feel fine for the most part otherwise...
