i need help with my psychology work, i have to make notes on psychological methods of stress reduction however i cant find any notes in my book for it!! does anyone have any notes they can share with me? thanks! x

taking deep breaths helps a lot for me. and listening to soothing music also helps. exercise too. but these may not be the answers you were looking for.
