What's the difference between a skeptic of astrology and a cynic of astrology?

Skeptic - One who instinctively or habitually doubts, questions, or disagrees with assertions or generally accepted conclusions. Cynic - A person who believes all people are motivated by selfishness. A person whose outlook is scornfully and often habitually negative. Same species, different breed.
