Dharma can mean many things, and the Buddhist concept of Dharma is different than the taoist concept. Dharma is basically just the truth about how laws of nature work in reference to spiritual things, like God's attributes, morality, and the afterlife. In Buddhism, Dharma refers to different teachings of the Buddha, because these are fundamentally about the spiritual laws of nature and how things work, for example attaining enlightenment, and alleviating suffering.
